Campus is a large-scale environment which embodied the main buildings of a university or other higher institutions of learning with residential programmes and academic activities. Every campus should be properly secured to protect lives and properties through instant response to criminal or violence perpetration and natural disasters. Recently, agent-based systems and/or web-based systems are often integrated as automaton mechanism in the design and implementation of campus security and emergency communication systems. In this paper, we present a conceptual exploration and modelling approach of web-agent system for securing, monitoring and to alert people in an institution whenever a danger or disastrous incidence is perceived from strategic places and critical
